Adapting to Thrive: Creating the Next-Generation of D&A Delivery Models

Thanks to early D&A successes and the rise in popularity of AI, demand for D&A is skyrocketing. As a result, D&A leaders have to scale their delivery models to match. This presentation will cover the challenges with scaling delivery and show three examples of organizations that were able to improve their deliver models in ways that maximized their productivity and business impact.

Presenter Bio:
As Vice President, Data & Analytics Research & Advisory for Gartner, Nate Novosel advises D&A leaders on strategic initiatives such as strategic planning, organizational design, talent, and D&A value as well as tactical initiatives such as implementing data literacy and data governance initiatives. Mr. Novosel's recent presentation materials have included developing D&A strategies, organizational models, and fostering a data-driven culture. He has been writing research and advising executives for 20 years.
