Steven McConchie is a seasoned analytics leader with over a decade of experience guiding government agencies to unlock the value of their data. As Director of State & Local Analytics at Voyatek, Steven specializes in designing and deploying advanced analytic solutions that strengthen business administration, fraud detection, and compliance optimization. He is recognized for his strategic approach in helping agencies establish reusable analytic methodologies and artifacts, empowering teams to address their specific challenges and develop sustainable, self-service analytic capabilities.

Tim Kelley is a Managing Consultant with Voyatek with deep expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems for clients in the public sector, including income tax fraud identification, audit lead generation, and collections revenue optimization. He currently leads data science teams on a large-scale integrated tax system modernization project, where he is developing analytic solutions across all tax types in the state.
