From Pilot to Production: Making Government AI Work at Scale

Guest Presenter:
Kenny Holmes, AI Specialist – ServiceNow

Join ServiceNow's Kenny Holmes for "From Pilot to Production: Making Government AI Work at Scale," a session built for NYS agency leaders wrestling with the gap between AI pilots and real production deployment. We'll unpack why fewer than 20% of government AI pilots reach full production, walk through the five AI use cases already delivering measurable results today, and lay out the maturity arc from assisted to agentic AI.

The session also tackles the governance side head-on - what RAISE Act compliance, the DiNapoli audit findings, and DIGIT/OSC expectations actually require of your AI infrastructure. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for evaluating AI readiness and a clear set of next steps to move stalled pilots into governed, scalable production.
