Guests will need to show a photo ID to enter. In the middle bank of elevators, there is only one elevator directly to the 19th floor.  The other elevators in that bank only go to the 18^th floor with a walk up the stairs to the 19^th floor.  The Manhattan Room is immediately next to the elevator and stairs on the 19^th floor

Where masks are not required, NYC ACS' Agency Medical Director strongly encourages masks be worn in common areas like the building lobby, elevators, and bathrooms.  Once in the Manhattan Room, mask wearing is at the your discretion.

Peter Reddy, First Deputy Executive Director -
Technology Operations at Financial Information Services Agency (FISA)

Mr. Reddy has worked with the City of New York since 1997, where he started as part of the team responsible for the conversion of IFMS to Advantage 2 for Y2K.  Since then he has advanced from the role technical analyst to being responsible for the operations of the City’s financial, payroll, pension payroll, timekeeping and hr/benefits system(s).  For the better part of his time at FISA-OPA, Mr. Reddy managed initiatives in the financial systems portfolio, including:  upgrading the Accounting system to FMS 3; upgrading of the Workers Compensation Payment System; implementing the IFA system, Payee Information Portal and VENDEX applications; and managing the deployment of the City’s Debt Management System.  In this time, Mr. Reddy also managed the development, testing and deployment of the City’s Pension Payroll Management System (PPMS).  With his promotion in 2018 to the role of 1^st Deputy Executive Director of Technology Operations, Mr. Reddy gained responsibility over four major areas at FISA/OPA, including:  HR/Payroll System Operations and Financial System Operations, Risk Management and Shared Services.  His portfolio now includes an extremely diverse and complex set of HR/Payroll/Timekeeping systems, in addition to oversight of the agency’s IT security, network, LAN, data center, change management, disaster recovery, and mainframe services.
