Marge Ginsburg is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer (DCTO) at the MTA. After over 25 years of leadership and transformation experience in Information Technology in many industries, she is thrilled to be leading the MTA IT organization through its toughest period in history. She and the team are transforming IT into the lean fighting machine it needs to be to help keep the NY region moving. Focusing on consolidation, modernization, and standardization of the infrastructure in order to become more effective and efficient while continuously serving internal clients and the ridership of the region.
Ginsburg has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an Executive MBA from New York University. She sits on the Board of the Metro NY SIM Chapter and is on the NY Regional Advisory Board of HMG Strategy. She is a born and bred NYer and lives in New York City with her two daughters.

Boris Mikhail is the deputy chief of IT planning, analysis and resource management for the MTA. He has an MBA in leadership and management from Dowling college and is also ITIL certified. Boris has been instrumental in overseeing both IT’s financial management and resources management operations. He has been with the MTA since 2013 and is currently providing the tools needed to ensure that over 60,000 users have what they require to perform their jobs in the most efficient way possible. He understands the importance of being both a supportive leader and a creative problem solver. In MTA IT, if the need involves purchasing, training, or development, to improve the situation Boris and his team are instrumental in achieving the desired outcome.
