New Members	Renewing Members
Membership applications are accepted at any time prior to or during the annual membership year. Payment is due within 30 days from date of application Membership dues are prorated based on month joining for new company members only** Non-Payment of membership dues within 30 days of membership application for new members results in the revocation of membership status and benefits	The term of annual membership is Oct. 1 through Sept. 30 Invoices for annual membership renewal dues are issued in August Payment must be made by October 31 Non-Payment of membership dues by October 31 will result in the revocation of membership status and benefits *Note:* Should a member wish to renew for the current program year after the due date, they must pay the full annual membership regardless of the new start date

Small Business Less than 100 employees	$2,600
