The NYS Forum, Inc. has launched a Community of Practice (CoP) around CRM Dynamics so that NYC agencies can optimize use of the platform and share their experiences using the tool. Participation will allow users to understand the functional capabilities of CRM Dynamics which will help agencies implement more impactful solutions. This is an opportunity to participate in trainings, panel discussions and hear about the successes colleagues at other agencies are having using CRM Dynamics.

The second session will be led by speakers from NYC HPD and Microsoft. Padma Ramasubramanian and Danny Ng of HPD will give an overview of Dynamics CRM and CRM Portal implementation, successes and technical hurdles. Registration is required in order to access the building.
