Rob Zeglen, NYSTEC

Rob is the Security Practice Leader at NYSTEC and has more than 22 years of experience in IT and security. He has a broad range of expertise in cybersecurity and associated technologies and business processes, including identity and access management, systems programming and administration, healthcare systems security, risk assessments, and compliance and training. He has extensive consulting experience in the NYS government healthcare space and private sector experience, having worked at Netscape, Sun Microsystems, GE Global Research, and Knolls Atomic Power Lab. Rob holds an undergraduate and M.S. degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).

Todd Brasel, NYSTEC

Todd is a principal information security consultant at NYSTEC with 20 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, and application security. Todd is an ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), GIAC certified Network Penetration Tester (GPEN), and GIAC certified Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT). He has an MBA in IT Management from the State University of New York - University at Albany.
