DEC uses M365 tools for public website Content Management ticketing system

Joshua Knapik and Scott Donnelly from NYS DEC

Scott Donnelly is the director of the Bureau of Digital Services for DEC, in the Division of Communication, Education, and Engagement. He is also a Microsoft 365 Community of Practice Steering Committee member.

Joshua Knapik is with the Digital Services Bureau’s Web Development section. Among other IT-related tasks, Josh’s work includes helping DEC staff with the use of Microsoft 365 applications and administering DEC’s public Website.

When DEC moved its public website to Drupal from a legacy content management system, the agency also changed its content strategy.

For this Community of Practice session, Josh will demonstrate the web content ticketing system he helped to create, using several M365 applications in tandem.
