Guest Presenter: Sean Carroll - NYS OGS Chief Procurement Officer

Sean has agreed to provide an update on their ongoing review of their contracts terms and conditions after polling both the vendor community and our mutual customers. These efforts on behalf of OGS are unprecedented and The NYS Forum looks forward to their findings and our involvement going forward.

Specifically, Sean would like to brief The Forum on the results of the surveys, and a series of roundtables that OGS thinks they should conduct to give us an active opportunity to help address the top 15 or so items that we know are weighing on the ITCR, including the items addressed in the joint Business Council/NYS Forum memo from late 2019. In order to keep the contracting process on track OGS would like to do up to six roundtables of three hours each starting late next week and OGS is currently putting to formats together.
