The NYS Forum has launched a Community of Practice (CoP) around CRM Dynamics so that New York City agencies can optimize the platform's use and share their experiences using the tool. Participation will allow users to understand the functional capabilities of CRM Dynamics which will help agencies to implement more impactful solutions.
