LOCATION: Fairways of Halfmoon – 17 Johnson Rd, Mechanicville Members & Member Guests Are Welcome! The NYS Forum is pleased to announce its upcoming 2024 Charity Golf Outing on June 3, 2024! Join your fellow NYS Forum members as we stretch our legs and unwind with an 18 hole scramble at the fabulous Fairways of Halfmoon located in Mechanicville, NY. We encourage everyone to join us for this great day to reconnect with old friends and make new ones! Register as a foursome or individual... or if you're not much of a golfer, join us for the buffet reception! Cost to attend: $150
(includes greens fees, cart, coffee & donuts at registration, lunch at the turn and Italian buffet reception) Registration Deadline: Monday, May 20, 2024

For those affected by breast cancer in the Capital Region, To Life! provides personal support, empowers informed decision-making, and enhances the quality of life. As a local, independent organization serving those who are dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis, To Life! provides educational programs and support services. Boutique fitting services also available for those needing mastectomy products, wigs and other hair coverings.   8:00am Registration & Refreshments
9:00am Shotgun Start / Scramble Format
2:30-5:30pm Buffet & Cash Bar
