Guest Speaker: Varsha Singh, Principal Government Solutions, Nagarro

In government, GenAI demands vigilance and innovation. Public sector leaders face a delicate balancing act between harnessing its transformative potential and preventing misuse. In a GenAI native future, addressing workforce displacement, adapting to AI consequences, and promoting cross-skilling are crucial. As GenAI fuels industry innovation, its impact on governmental processes grows. Agencies must overcome adaptation challenges, focusing on GenAI's economic influence, prioritizing the human experience, and integrating emotional prompts for user-centric AI adoption.

Varsha Singh, Principal Government Solutions, Nagarro, is an IBM certified Enterprise Design Thinking co-creator, MITRE ATT&CK Defender CTI, and a Government Business Advisor to non-profit organizations. Varsha has spent last 9 years helping various government agencies including Transportation, Housing, and Health & Human Services navigate some of the most complex technology modernization challenges. In her latest role with Nagarro, Varsha is focused on helping the agencies in their GenAI adoption journey while keeping citizen services at the center stage.
