Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the nature of knowledge work. In this session, we will explore how AI is automating routine tasks and augmenting human capabilities. This creates new opportunities for knowledge workers willing to adapt and develop new skills. However, it also poses potential challenges that must be proactively addressed.

We will discuss specific examples of how AI is impacting knowledge work roles and activities. The learning objectives are to understand these AI-driven changes, recognize emerging roles and skills, appreciate the importance of adaptability, and consider the power skills necessary to thrive in an AI world. The future of knowledge work will require openness to change and a commitment to lifelong learning.
