The NYS Forum ITCR will be hosting a fun day at the track for ALL NYS Forum members! Join us to meet, mingle, and place your bets at the capital regions favorite summer locale. We will be in the picnic area, in between the Paddock Area and Festival Tent, on Wednesday, August 25^th. Look for your NYS Forum friends! The gates open at 11:00 am and Post Time (when the first race starts) is 1:00 pm, but feel free to come at any time that is convenient for you. Most people will generally arrive during the 12:00 - 1:30pm window. Located below is a map that shows the general location of where we will have picnic tables.

General admission is $5 at the gate. 

• Non-vaccinated fans must wear a facial covering while at Saratoga Race Course based on current New York State guidelines. 

• This is a BYO event – Coolers are permitted in the picnic area. Feel free to bring some tasty dishes, snacks, and beverages to enjoy and/or share. Please remember NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED at the race course. Feel free to bring a camping/lawn chair. 

• Casual dress is recommended (be comfortable, as it gets hot in the sun). We are not fancy, so suits and hats are not required. 

• Win big!!! But remember, gambling losses are not a reimbursable corporate expense.

From New York Metropolitan Area

New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 24 at Albany, then take the Northway (I-87) (Adirondack Northway) to Exit 14 (Saratoga Springs)

Keep right and merge onto NY Route 9P (Union Avenue)

Follow Union Ave to the Saratoga Race Course

Alternate Route (Best Route): Get off the Northway at Exit 13N and take US Route 9 for about 2 miles, then turn right onto Crescent Ave. Follow Crescent Ave past the Racino, then come to a 4 way stop and take a left onto Nelson Ave. As you get closer to the track (Wright Street gate, general and clubhouse admission gates) you will see a variety of homes and fields offering parking for a fee ($5-$10). Park and follow the crowds to the gates.
