With the rapidly increasing market availability and adoption of low-code /no-code solutions, comes the risk that organizations will develop a shadow IT.  Having recently received the micro-credential, Ben Furtaw will give an overview the Project Management Institute Citizen Developer Practitioner (PMI-CD-P) credential, describe tools for determining if Citizen Development is the right approach, as well as share tools and tips for successfully initiating a low-code/no-code project.
